We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50.

Shipping RatesFor orders under $50, a $10 flat rate standard shipping fee will apply.

We currently ship within the contiguous United States only. Orders to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico, APO/FPO are not eligible at this time.

• Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
• Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 3–5 business days.
• During high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.

Our fulfillment center begins processing orders shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate most order changes or cancellations. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us immediately at hello@thehairg.com with your order information. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once an order has been submitted. During periods of high order volume, we are unable to cancel or modify orders under any circumstances. We are not responsible for address errors, missed deliveries, or delays.

Once a package leaves our facility and is in the hands of the carrier, we are not responsible for shipping delays, address errors, or lost packages.

At The Hair Generation LLC, your satisfaction matters to us. However, because our products are personal-use cosmetics, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

We accept returns only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thehairg.com within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Non- Refundable Items

We will not refund: gift cards, promotional items, or discounted “final sale” products; Items received more than 14 days after delivery or products not purchased directly through www.thehairg.com.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Email us at hello@thehairg.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. If approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
3. You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
4. Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email hello@thehairg.com.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

These Terms & Conditions (“terms”) govern your access to and use of our website www.thehairg.com and any purchase of our products in the united states. By using our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, do not purchase, receive or use our products, or access our site.

The hair generation communicates accurate pricing and product information but will not be held responsible for any pricing, typographical, or other errors. We reserve the right to limit quantities or refuse any order. 

In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by email and/or billing address or phone provided at the time of the order. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be received before acceptance of an order. We can also process payment and ship parts of an order separately. We are not responsible for typographical errors in product descriptions. 

Resellers prohibited: we reserve the right to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purpose of these Terms & Conditions, a reseller is anyone who purchases a product from the website for the purpose of engaging in commercial sale of the same product to a third party. Products you purchase may not be resold. 

We ship within the United States mainland (Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are excluded). Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or other factors beyond our control. You agree to pay any shipping and handling charges shown at the timw you make the purchase. We reserve the right to increase, decrease, add or eliminate shipping and handling sometimes, but we will provide notice of the charges to you before you make your purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. By submitting your payment details, you authorize THE HAIR GENERATION LLC to charge the full amount of your order, including any applicable taxes, shipping, and handling fees.

All transactions are subject to verification and approval, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if payment is not successfully authorized.

Taxes

We will collect applicable sales tax on products shipped to the states and/or regions for which we determine we have a duty to collect sales tax. If an item is subject to sales tax, you agree that the amount of taxes shown at checkout may be adjusted. Several factors may cause this, such as variances between processor programs and changes in tax rates. 

You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, or other fees imposed by your jurisdiction.

All products should be used strictly in accordance with their instructions, precautions, and guidelines. You should always check the ingredients for products to avoid potential allergic reactions. Use of the website is not meant to serve as a substitute for professional medical advice: the site is solely an online store for specialty haircare products. Please consult with your own physician or health care practitioner regarding the use of any products or information received from the site before using or relying on them. Your physician or health care practitioner should address all medical questions, concerns and decisions regarding the possible treatment of any medical condition. THE HAIR GENERATION does not give or intend to give any answers to medical-related questions. THE HAIR GENERATION does not represent itself as a physician nor is this implied. Results may vary per individual. Statements about products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

The Website is owned and operated by THE HAIR GENERATION LLC. All visual interfaces, graphics, designs, compilations, information, data, computer code (including source code and object code), products, software, services, and all other elements of the website (collectively, the “materials”) are protected by applicable intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the materials, including any designs and all related intellectual property rights, are owned by THE HAIR GENERATION LLC  or our third-party licensors.

Except as expressly authorized in writing by THE HAIR GENERATION LLC, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise use the materials. THE HAIR GENERATION LLC reserves all rights not expressly granted to you under these terms.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Hair Generation LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors (collectively, the “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, savings, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with:

1. Your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Website or our products;
2. Any conduct or content of any third party on the Website;
3. Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein;
4. Product use, misuse, or failure to follow instructions, warnings, or recommendations provided with the product;
5. Delays, interruptions, or errors in shipping, delivery, or fulfillment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all products and services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no event shall the total liability of The Hair Generation LLC and the Released Parties for all claims exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the product or service giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

Without regard to conflict of law principles, these Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Website, or any products or services provided by The Hair Generation LLC shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Miami, Florida (unless otherwise mutually agreed) and shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment may be entered upon it in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Important Notice

These terms contain a mandatory individual arbitration and class action/jury trial waiver provision. This means that disputes between you and THE HAIR GENERATION LLC will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and you waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

Membership in Ganger House is free and available to individuals aged 16 or older who are legal residents of the United States. Only one account per person is permitted. The Hair Generation LLC reserves the right to cancel duplicate accounts or accounts created with false information.

By enrolling in Ganger House, you confirm that you have the legal age and capacity to accept these terms and conditions. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf.

There are three membership tiers in Ganger House, based on points accumulated:

• Rooted Ganger: 0 – 349 points
• Revolutionary Ganger: 350 – 749 points
• Legendary Ganger: 750+ points

Each tier is valid for 365 days from the date it is reached (Rolling Year). If a member upgrades to a higher tier within that period, the 365-day clock resets from the date of the new upgrade. At the end of the 365-day period, members are automatically placed in the tier that corresponds to their current.

Points are earned as follows:

• Sign up: 10 points
• Complete your profile: 10 points
• Sign up to the newsletter: 10 points
• Purchases: 1 point per $1 USD spent (Rooted), 1.5 points per $1 USD spent (Revolutionary), 2 points per $1 USD spent (Legendary)
• Birthday: 75 points (not counted toward tier evaluation)

Points are only earned from the date of enrollment in Ganger House. Points cannot be claimed for purchases made prior to registration in the program.

Points expire after 12 consecutive months of account inactivity. Any purchase or point redemption resets the 12-month inactivity countdown. Birthday points do not count as activity for the purposes of resetting the expiration countdown.

The Hair Generation LLC will send automated reminder emails 7 days and 1 day before points are set to expire.

Points will also be automatically forfeited if membership is canceled or revoked for any reason.

Ganger Cash is available to all Ganger House members and allows you to exchange points for a discount on your next purchase:

• 500 points = $10 USD
• 1000 points = $25 USD

Ganger Cash can only be redeemed at checkout in conjunction with a purchase. It has no cash value without an accompanying purchase and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged.

Loyalty Gifts are exclusive The Hair Generation merchandise available only through point redemption. Loyalty Gifts can only be redeemed with an accompanying purchase. Only one Loyalty Gift may be redeemed per order. Availability of Loyalty Gifts is subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of The Hair Generation LLC. Loyalty Gifts cannot be returned, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

• Revolutionary Gangers: 3 complimentary standard shipping orders per 365-day tier period

• Legendary Gangers: complimentary standard shipping on all orders

Free shipping benefits are granted upon reaching the corresponding tier and are revoked and renewed when a tier changes. If a member upgrades from Revolutionary to Legendary, the Revolutionary free shipping benefit is revoked and the Legendary unlimited free shipping benefit is immediately granted.

Full cancellation or refund: all points earned on that order are automatically removed from your account.

Partial cancellation or refund: points are deducted proportionally based on the refund amount relative to the total order value.

If you redeemed points or Ganger Cash on a fully canceled order, those points will be automatically re-credited to your account. For partial refunds, redeemed points are returned proportionally using the following formula: Redeemed points × (Refund amount ÷ Total order value).

Loyalty Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.

Points are only earned from the date of enrollment in Ganger House. Points cannot be claimed for purchases made prior to registration in the program.

The Hair Generation LLC reserves the right to suspend or cancel the membership of any user who, in its reasonable judgment, has engaged in abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent use of the program, including but not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to improperly accumulate or redeem points
• Reselling Loyalty Gifts or any other program benefits
• Using automated tools or bots to manipulate point accumulation
• Any misrepresentation or conduct detrimental to the interests of The Hair Generation LLC

In the event of membership cancellation due to fraud or abuse, all accumulated points will be automatically forfeited and any pending orders may be canceled.

The Hair Generation LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Ganger House program at any time, including changes to benefits, point values, tier thresholds, or any other feature of the program. Any such changes will be posted on thehairg.com. Your continued participation in the program following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

By enrolling in Ganger House, you agree to receive program-related communications, marketing materials, and promotional emails from The Hair Generation LLC. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by contacting us at hello@thehairg.com.

Opting out of marketing communications will not affect your membership status or your ability to participate in the program.

By enrolling in Ganger House, you agree to the collection and use of your personal information in accordance with The Hair Generation LLC’s Privacy Policy, available at thehairg.com. Your information will be used solely to administer the program, process your orders, and communicate with you about your membership and benefits. The Hair Generation LLC will not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to operate the program or as required by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Hair Generation LLC shall not be liable for any damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Ganger House program, including damages arising from changes to or termination of the program. This limitation applies to all types of damages, including direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Ganger House program shall be resolved exclusively in the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
