Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

At The Hair Generation LLC, your satisfaction matters to us. However, because our products are personal-use cosmetics, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.
We accept returns only for unopened, unused products in their original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to health and safety regulations.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thehairg.com within 14 days of delivery. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs.
Non- Refundable Items
We will not refund: gift cards, promotional items, or discounted “final sale” products; Items received more than 14 days after delivery or products not purchased directly through www.thehairg.com.
Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Email us at hello@thehairg.com with your order number and reason for return.
- If approved, we will provide instructions and a return shipping address.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email hello@thehairg.com.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders shortly after they are placed. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate most order changes or cancellations. If you need to cancel or edit your order, please contact us immediately at hello@thehairg.com with your order information. We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee that any changes can be made once an order has been submitted. During periods of high order volume, we are unable to cancel or modify orders under any circumstances. We are not responsible for address errors, missed deliveries, or delays once a package has left our facility and is in the hands of the carrier.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
