How do I earn points?
There are several ways:
- Sign up: 10 points
- Complete your profile: 10 points
- Subscribe to our newsletter: 10 points
- With every purchase: 1 point per $1 USD (Rooted), 1.5 points per $1 USD (Revolutionary), 2 points per $1 USD (Legendary)
- On your birthday: 75 bonus points 🎂
Will my points expire?
Yes. Your points expire after 12 months of inactivity. Any purchase or point redemption resets the countdown automatically. You’ll receive a reminder email 7 days and 1 day before your points expire.
What counts as activity to keep my points active?
Any purchase or point redemption on your account resets the 12-month inactivity countdown. Birthday points do not count as activity for this purpose.
Will my level expire?
Yes. Each tier lasts 365 days from the moment you reach it. If within those 365 days you upgrade to a higher tier, the clock resets from that new upgrade date. If at the end of the 365-day period you haven’t maintained the points required for your current tier, you’ll automatically be placed in the tier that matches your accumulated points.
Can I earn points on past purchases?
No, points are earned starting from the day you join Ganger House.
Can I transfer my points to another account?
No, points are personal and non-transferable.
What is Ganger Cash and how do I redeem it?
Ganger Cash lets you exchange points for a discount on your next purchase. It’s available to all Ganger House members:
- 500 points = $10 USD
- 1000 points = $25 USD
Ganger Cash can only be redeemed at checkout with an accompanying purchase and cannot be used as a standalone redemption.
What are Loyalty Gifts?
Loyalty Gifts are the most special part of our Ganger House, they are exclusive THE HAIR GENERATION merch you can’t find anywhere else. You can only get them by redeeming points, and availability changes, so when you see something you love… don’t wait!
Why can’t I add a Loyalty Gift to my cart?
Loyalty Gifts can only be redeemed with an accompanying purchase of $20 USD minimum. Please note you can only add one Loyalty Gift per order.
Can I return a Loyalty Gift?
Loyalty Gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
What happens to my points if I cancel or return an order?
Full cancellation or refund: all points earned on that order are automatically removed from your account.
Partial cancellation or refund: points are deducted proportionally based on the refund amount.
If you redeemed points on a fully canceled order, those points will be automatically returned to your account. For partial refunds, redeemed points are returned proportionally based on the refund amount relative to the total order value.
Is Ganger House available in the US and Colombia?
Yes! Ganger House is available for our community in both the United States and Colombia.
